The article deals with the linguocultural and linguocognitive aspect of the study of the artistic picture of the world. The anthropocentric approach used by the authors is related to the interpretation of the text from the author’s point of view and its impact on the reader. From this point of view, the authors’ reference to one of the key concepts in the works of D. Nakipov – to the concept “way”, around which a variety of figurative constructions are developed, allowed to see the process of the author’s coding of thought and its fixation in various linguistic units.
The analysis of the fictional text has shown that the special system of codes by which a writer shows the world around him, forms individual author’s picture of the world, in which through the prism of personal vision of communicative events the reader gets to know the world perceived in special ways, forms and colours.
