This article examines the linguistic discourse of travel bloggers on the social media platform Instagram from the perspective of gender linguistics. The study focuses on the posts of well-known Kazakh-speaking bloggers Askar Bekov and Dinara Bolat. It analyzes the linguistic features of their blogs, communicative techniques, and stylistic characteristics. The study employs methods of qualitative content analysis, pragmalinguistic analysis, and comparative linguistic analysis. The findings reveal that
the male blogger’s texts are characterized by a formal, informative style based on precise and objective facts, whereas the female blogger’s discourse is marked by subjective emotionality, aesthetic imagery, and interactive engagement with the audience. The linguistic features of the authors are influenced not only by gender factors but also by the pragmatic and cultural aspects of the media text.
