The article discusses the concept of "transculturality" in the study of the linguistic personality of P. Vasiliev. Transculturality is a complex phenomenon that results from the interaction of cultures. This article presents a fragment of the analysis of the linguistic personality of P.N. Vasiliev and the representation of its transculturality in literary texts generated by the linguistic personality. The linguistic personality of P. Vasiliev is reconstructed by means of the methodology of analyzing the linguistic personality of Y.N. Karaulov. The author's poetic and prose works are analyzed, the features of the lingo-cognitive level of the poet's linguistic personality are determined. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the influence of folklore traditions of two cultures, Kazakh and Russian, is observed at the linguistic-cognitive level of P. Vasiliev's linguistic personality.
The materials of this work will be useful to anyone who is interested in the problems of linguistic personality, linguistic worldview, transculturality, interaction and dialogue of cultures, who studies the work of P. Vasiliev, deals with the education and upbringing of the younger generation, intercultural and interethnic communication, linguoculturology, sociolinguistics.
