The modern Methodology describes the language mastering through the notions as “a speech competence”, which can be understood as the knowledge of main laws of language and speech functioning, the ability to use them for professional tasks solutions. The specific feature of the speech competence is characterized by the fact that it is fundamental in the component of any graduate from the point of his/her personal and professional and especially in pedagogical activity. To solve the task of forming students’ competence is possible if a teacher can reveal his own and students’ interest in creative attitude to the modern Methodology. The authors analyze the more productive means for forming speech and communicative competence by students. The leading role in productivity of such competences is given to the speech competence, i.e. the speech interaction of a student and a teacher in the study environment.
